As CompliDocs sells to businesses rather than private consumers, standard consumer cooling-off rights do not apply to these transactions. All documents are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment.
We will always investigate concerns raised and, where a document has failed to meet a reasonable standard due to an error on our part, we will either:
- Provide a corrected version at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund at our discretion
We do not issue refunds where:
- The document has been downloaded and used in the business
- The customer has changed their mind after purchase
- The customer disputes the need for a risk assessment
- A duplicate of a working document has been requested

Pricing questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Is there a free trial?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but our pay-per-doc option at £4.99 is a low-risk way to try CompliDocs before committing to a subscription. Combined with our 24-hour money-back guarantee, there's no risk.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Are there discounts for charities or sole traders?
We don't currently offer specific discounts by organisation type, but our pay-per-doc pricing at £4.99 is designed to be accessible for sole traders and micro-businesses. Contact us if you have specific needs and we'll see what we can do.
